Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your sandals, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
